The proposal recovers abandoned industrial land to build new sport and cultural infrastructure that improves citizen’s quality of life.

The project is divided into four areas:

Sports zone, including a sports centre for around 2000 spectators and a skate park integrated in the park.

Public area, including a public square uniting all buildings and an area for open air activiites.

Educational playground, including an astronomical tower with a planetarium and a viewpoint, a climbing wall integrated with the tower and an educational and interactive children playground.

Relaxing green area, with pleasant walks in the park among the trees, and a water feature with cascade.
